  • Orders submitted over the weekend may not be processed until Monday in the order they were received.... and if all information has been received. Not having all info ready at time of purchase will delay the processing of your order.
  • Orders submitted over a holiday will be processed the following business day.

DIGITAL (you print) ORDERS 2-4 Business Days from the receipt of ALL the info needed to prepare your design.

CUSTOM DESIGNS 4-8 Business Days from the receipt of ALL the info needed to prepare your design.

PRINT, MOUNT & SHIP ORDERS - please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your chalkboard to arrive.

RUSH ORDERS - Guaranteed within 24hrs (typically a lot sooner) from the receipt of ALL the info needed to prepare your design.

MERCHANDISE - I am averaging 2-8 business days for the product creation. Please let me know if you need the item sooner and I will do my best to accommodate. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup or when it has shipped.

★★UPCOMING EVENTS & CLOSURES★★
VACATION: My shop is closed & I will not have access to my email from Tues afternoon, June 13th, 2023 – Sat, June 17th, 2023. I will be accepting orders during this time, however, my turn around time will be 6-8 business days. I will respond to all orders, emails and messages received during this time frame when I re-open Monday, June 19th, 2023 (in the order received). If you purchase during this time frame your “ship by” date will be adjusted to my vacation turn around time as noted above. If this time frame does not work for you, just let me know and I will cancel and refund your order first thing when I reopen on Monday, June 19th. Thank you and many blessings!!

REFUNDS & MODIFICATIONS TO ORDER

If there is a problem with your order, please let me know immediately and I will make my best effort to resolve the issue.

Due to the nature of digital files and the design work involved, NO REFUNDS will be issued once an order has been placed. Orders are typically being worked on from the minute they come in and orders may not be cancelled, or personalization changed, once work begins.

► ONE FREE ROUND OF REVISIONS◄
One round of revisions is included with your order when viewing the proof. This includes misspellings and other grammatical errors & minor text additions or deletions that are discovered during proof review by the customer.  This round of edits would not include changing the theme, color scheme, or layout of the board or design.  If you have revisions, please send them at the same time. If you require ADDITIONAL revisions after the first free one, there is an additional fee per round of edits.

We do our best to streamline any errors on our part, however, PLEASE review your proof carefully as Bailey Bunch Designs will not be held responsible for errors found after the product has been finalized and/or printing.

► MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE & DESIGN ◄
Keep in mind that if you are having your design printed at a photo lab, certain sizes are cheaper to print than others.  I recommend checking out printing policies and pricing prior to ordering.

  • If you purchase the wrong DESIGN (or have changed your mind on the design) ordered AFTER the digital file of the invitation has been sent to your email box, you will need to re-purchase another design as I'll need to start from scratch and work with a completely different template. No exception.

► FILE AVAILABILITY AFTER DELIVERED VIA EMAILED◄
Due the large file sizes of my products and the quantity of items I process, I do NOT keep or store your file after it has been delivered to you via email.

► PRINTING WITH ONLINE OR WALK-IN PRINTING VENDORS ◄
For digital file purchases, Bailey Bunch Designs is not responsible for the printing aspect of the files. That is solely the responsibility of the buyer and are expected to have basic printing knowledge.
Once printed, if any of the files look different in any way from how the files emailed to you 'view', that's a technical issue with your printing vendor -NOT- the file sent to you. (ie: The file views crisply but prints blurry or pixelated or the colors appear lighter or darker.)

NOTE: If you have a lab print them, you may need to ask them to print your order without the "auto correct" so the colors print appropriately.

► PRINTING TIPS IF PRINTING FROM HOME ◄
If they look different in any way once printed, that's a technical issue with your printer/printer settings NOT the files sent to you as JPG and PDF files can't physically alter in any way. For example, if the files 'view' crisply but 'PRINT' blurry, that means that files were saved incorrectly and you're printing a lower resolution than provided. If a portion of the file is printing, that's an indication that you'll need to select 'Fit to Page' in your printer settings so that it'll print the entire page. If the files are printing in slightly different colors, you might check the ink cartridges to see if they need replacement or adjust the intensity settings on your printer. Generally, these solutions always solve these common problems!

► COLOR VARIATIONS ◄
Colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, quality of printer used as well as the many different types or brands of paper and ink you’re printing with. Bailey Bunch Designs is not responsible for the resulting color variations due to the many variables involved.
